Effective as of 20thJune, 2025.
This Learniee Class Cancellation and Refund Policy governs all cancellations and refund requests for classes, courses, and services provided via the Learniee platform. By enrolling in any Learniee class or course, Learner (Parents, Legal Guardian & Child) and Teachers expressly acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined herein.
CLASS CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY ACCORDING TO THE DIFFERENT SESSIONS: -
I. Group Classes (Courses) & Seminars
A. For Learner
1. Class Cancellation & Refunds
1.1. Learner may opt out of a course/ seminar at their discretion and for that purpose a cancellation request shall be submitted atleast twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled commencement of the class/seminar, the Learner shall be entitled to a full refund of the remaining unfinished class/seminar of that particular course except the class referred in 1.2.,which shall be credited exclusively to the Learners’s Learniee Wallet in the form of non-expiring, non-transferable credits.
1.2. Cancellations for the course submitted less than twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled class(es) seminar start time are non-refundable for that particular class(es) seminar, and no credit shall be issued under any circumstances.
1.3. Cancellation of the class in a particular course is not permitted and may only be rescheduled in case of One-on-One class.
2. Rescheduling
2.1. Learners are not eligible to reschedule Group Classes or Seminars.
B. For Teacher
1. Class Cancellation.
1.1. Teachers cannot cancel any Course or Seminars unless no Learner is enrolled in that particular course.
2. Rescheduling& Fine
2.1. A course can be rescheduled and for it request shall be submitted at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled commencement of the class/seminar, such request shall be made by the Teacher in accordance with the availability of the Learners which shall be visible in the calendar.
2.2. Rescheduling of the course submitted less than twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled commencement of class(es) seminar start time will be subject to fine for that particular class(es) seminar, and shall be deducted from the Teacher’s Learniee Wallet.
2.3. Teachers are not permitted to reschedule any class of the course.
II. One-on-One Classes.
A. For Learners.
1. Course Cancellation & Refunds.
1.1. Learner may cancel course at their discretion and for that purpose a cancellation request shall be submitted at least twenty-four(24) hours prior to the scheduled commencement of the class, the Learner shall be entitled to a full refund of the remaining unfinished class of that particular course except the class referred in 1.2., which shall be credited exclusively to the Learner’s Learniee Wallet in the form of non-expiring, non-transferable credits within 7 days.
1.2. Cancellations for the course submitted less than twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled class(es) start time are non-refundable for that particular class(es), and no credit shall be issued under any circumstances.
2. Rescheduling
2.1. The rescheduling request for a class shall be submitted at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled commencement of the class; such request shall be made by the Learner in accordance with the availability of the Teachers which shall be visible in the calendar.
B. For Teachers
1. Class Cancellation.
1.1. Teachers cannot cancel any One-on-One Course or Seminar unless no Learner is enrolled in that particular course.
2. Rescheduling.
2.1. The rescheduling request shall be submitted at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled commencement of the class; such request shall be made by the Teacher in accordance with the availability of the Learner which shall be visible in the calendar.
III. Demo Class.
To provide an introductory experience across various courses, the Learner will receive two complimentary, non-refundable vouchers, which can be used to attend any two classes of their choice.
A. For Learners.
1.1 Class Cancellation.
Learners are not eligible to Cancel a Demo Class.
1.2 Rescheduling.
In case of One-on-One Class, the rescheduling request for a demo shall be submitted at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled commencement of the demo; such request shall be made by the Learner in accordance with the availability of the Teachers which shall be visible in the calendar. In case of Group Class Demo the rescheduling of class cannot be made.
B. For Teachers.
1.1. Class Cancellation.
Teachers are not eligible to cancel any Demo Class.
1.2. Rescheduling.
In case of One-on-One Class, The rescheduling request for a demo shall be submitted at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled commencement of the demo; such request shall be made by the Teacher in accordance with the availability of the Learners which shall be visible in the calendar. In case of Group Class Demo the rescheduling of class cannot be made.
IV. Paid Demo Class.
If a voucher mentioned in Section III is used and the Learner wishes to attend more demo class for any other course, they may enroll in it at a 50%discounted rate.
A. For Learners.
1.1. Class Cancellation.
Learners are not eligible to cancel any Paid Demo Lectures.
1.2. Rescheduling.
In case of One-on-One Class, the rescheduling request for a class shall be submitted at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled commencement of the class; such request shall be made by the Learner in accordance with the availability of the Teachers which shall be visible in the calendar. In case of Group Class Demo the rescheduling of class cannot be made.
B. For Teachers.
1.1. Class Cancellation.
Teachers are not eligible to cancel any Paid Demo Class.
1.2. Rescheduling.
In case of One-on-One Class, the rescheduling request for a demo shall be submitted at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled commencement of the demo; such request shall be made by the Teacher in accordance with the availability of the Learners which shall be visible in the calendar. In case of Group Class Demo the rescheduling of class cannot be made.
V. Missed Class.
1.1. In the event that a Learner missed the class, then no refund would be made available to the Learner and Teacher would be fully paid for unattended class of the Learner.
1.2. In the event that a Teacher fails to attend a scheduled class, no payment shall be made for the missed session, and the Teacher shall be liable for fine. The Learner shall be refunded the amount paid for the unattended class and, as a gesture of goodwill, shall also receive a complimentary voucher for the inconvenience caused

VI. Class Attendance and Grace Period.
1.1. A Grace period of 15 minutes from the scheduled start time will be provided for both Learners and Teachers to join the class. If either party fails to join within this 15-minute window, the class will be considered cancelled.
a. If the Learner does not join within the grace period, they will not be eligible for a refund, and the Teacher will be paid for the class.
b. In the event that the Teacher fails to join the class within the designated grace period, no payment shall be issued for the session, and the Teacher shall be liable for fine. The Learner shall be entitled to a full refund for the affected class.
VII. Completion of Course and Refund Policy.
1.1. Once a Learner is enrolled in a class, they must complete the course within 15 days from the course End Date. After this 15-day period:
a. Access to the class will be revoked; and
b. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
VIII. Technical Issues.
In cases where the Learner or Teacher is unable to attend a scheduled class due to a verified technical issue attributed solely to the Learniee platform, the Learner and Teacher respectively shall receive a full refund and payment for that particular class to their Learniee Wallet within 7 days.
IX. Time Limit To Receive Refunds.
The Leaner can expect to receive Refunds within 7 days of the Learner being eligible to receive such Refunds as mentioned in above Sections.
X. Inactivity and Account Deletion.
1.1. In case of inactivity by the Learner for a period of 6 consecutive months, the Learner’s account will be scheduled for deletion and any remaining funds in the Learner’s Learniee wallet will stand forfeit.
1.2. In case of inactivity by the Teacher for a period of 6 consecutive months, the Teacher’s account will be scheduled for deletion and any remaining funds in the Teacher’s Learniee wallet will stand forfeit.
1.3. In the both the above cases reminder will be provided before 1 month of the expiry of 6 consecutive months via email from support@learniee.com.
1.4. At least 1 Week prior to the forfeiture of the Account, the relevant teachers and learners shall be individually notified. If a response is received within this period, the matter shall be addressed in accordance with the procedures established by the Learniee Support Team.
XI. General Conditions:-
1.1. All refund and cancellation Grievances must beinitiated through the Learniee Help Center or via written correspondence to support@learniee.com
1.2. All refunds are issued exclusively as non-expiring, non-transferable Learniee Wallet credits within 7 days if granted. No cash refunds shall be granted under any circumstances.
1.3. Learniee reserves the right to investigate and deny any refund or cancellation request it determines to be associated with misuse, fraud, or repeated violation of this Policy.
1.4. Learniee reserves the exclusive right to modify or amend this Policy at its sole discretion at any time. The version of the Policy in effect at the time of the Learner’s enrollment shall govern any refund or cancellation requests pertaining to that specific class or course.
